Corporate and Group Training
Our workshops comprise health education, practices that train attention and focus, guidelines on creating supportive social and physical environment, integration of resilience building with the organization's structure and linkage to related programs. Our goal is to increase the proportion of employees who participate in employer sponsored health promotion activities.
Participants will complete an online Resilience Diagnostics Survey Assessment which allows one online assessment prior to the workshop and another online follow-up assessment three months post-program.

Resiliency Advocacy -- Helping Community Members Get Involved
Based on the work of Douglas Engelbart, we introduce the concept of building an
improvement community within your organization that puts special attention on how each one
of the participants can be effective at helping others to build their
resilience. Resilience advocacy is not coaching, teaching, counseling,
advising, or mentoring. Its purpose is to engage everyone in
constructive, collaborative conversation and activity help them identify a
process for growth and change that is individualized and uniquely tailored to
them.
