Corporate Resiliency
Our programs are designed to be delivered at your worksite, and may be structured for one-hour, half-day,
full-day sessions and a series of one-hour activity sessions. We will customize any session to meet your
organization's needs, and all programs may be adjusted to meet specialized time requirements as needed.
The outcome is acquiring a set of skills that not only help you with your social and family life, but
you can apply them to your daily challenges at work, such as: micro-aggression, leadership dilemmas,
and collaboration with diverse groups of colleagues, enhancing decision-making and creativity, and
finally improving performance.
Individual Resiliency
A resilient worldview is characterized by feeling confidence in yourself and in life. It means in times of crises or stress, you feel psychologically equipped and also connected to a sense of meaning and purpose in your life, and confident that you will be able to meet the challenge your facing. You'll be able to:
- Mobilize your energies when you need to act
- Relax your body and mind when you need to rest
- Think for yourself when others don't know what's best for you
- Trust in others and in life itself when you have done all that you can do
Sport and School Resiliency
Studies of mindfulness programs in schools have found that regular practice -
even just a few minutes per day - improves student self-control and increases
their classroom participation, respect for others, happiness, optimism, and
self-acceptance levels. Our programs include: body awareness, grounding, centering, breath, and mindfulness practices.
These help reduce absenteeism, suspensions, fear and stress reactions; and
they improve decision-making, planning and abstract thinking.
